Checks a domain or IP address against 8 DNSBL zones (Spamhaus zen, Spamcop, Barracuda, SORBS, PSBL, WPBL, s5h). Returns per-zone state that separates 'listed' from 'not listed' (NXDOMAIN) and from 'resolver refused' (127.255.255.x), so a blacklist that declines to answer public resolvers is never reported as a listing. Use before sending bulk mail or to triage an inbound sender. Call with ?domain=example.com. Paid per call over x402 in USDC on Base.
