Verify transaction on chain: cross-checked receipt from two independent RPC providers, onchain receipt audit for agents

Overview

Verify a transaction before you credit it. The same hash is read from two independent BSC RPC providers; the verdict is pass only when both agree on block, status and every transfer. Optional expect_to, expect_value and token assertions are checked field by field, and every check returns expected versus actual. When only one provider answers, the response says cross_checked=false instead of presenting a single read as verified.
