Look up a bridge after its transaction was sent, by the adapter that built it and the hash of the bridge transaction on the source chain; layerzero and relay also need the providerRef that bridge/execute returned (0x and 64 hex characters). Poll it every 10 to 15 seconds until the status is filled, refunded or failed; an error answer, such as a 429, is not charged. After a 429, wait the Retry-After seconds.
