Read an Excel workbook (.xlsx/.xlsm) into structured rows as JSON, or one CSV file per sheet (Tanod)
https://tanod.dev/v1/docs/xlsx-to-jsonOverview
The workbook read with openpyxl: each sheet as rows of string cells (a formula cell is its last cached value, empty if the file was never opened in a spreadsheet app; trailing empty cells and rows are dropped). Returns `sheets` (name, columns, row_count, truncated and, for json, rows), `sheet_count` and `sheets_read`; `format` csv returns one UTF-8 CSV file per sheet with formula cells neutralised (OWASP). Body: `{"url": "https://tanod.dev/samples/sales-sample.xlsx"}`. At mos
