PerpCheck: a read-only pre-trade order check for trading agents on Hyperliquid perps. Send the coin, side, size or notional, optional limit price, leverage, margin (cross/isolated) and reduceOnly; it checks the order against the exchange's own rules before it is sent and returns OK / CAUTION / REJECT_LIKELY. Lite ($0.003, ?coin=BTC&side=long&size=0.001&leverage=10): verdict, issues with messages and fix values (size decimals, price tick, $10 minimum notional, tier max leverage, reduce-only, open-interest cap, delisted), the coin rules, confidence and sources_failed. Fail-closed: a failed data source is never reported as OK and is listed in sources_failed; bad input (400), unknown coin (404) and missing market metadata (503) are not charged. Data: public Hyperliquid info API only. Hyperliquid main-dex perps only (no HIP-3, no spot). Read-only: never places, signs or holds orders, no custody, no keys.
