GET /api/board/whynot?sym=NVDA returns the plain reason on the live board: the gate for its book and sector, its entry window (READY, SETUP, WAIT, CHASE, FALLING, BASING) and earnings inside five trading days, or the state that makes it a candidate. One symbol per read; an unknown symbol fails free with a 400. ~5-min refresh. States and reasons only. Research, not advice.
