Takes a product description and returns ranked tariff classification candidates. The first six digits are the WCO Harmonized System and are valid worldwide, including the EU. Digits 7-10 come from the UK Trade Tariff and are NOT the EU CN subheadings — they are returned as uk_commodity_code and must not be used for an EU customs declaration. This is a research aid, not a legally binding classification: only a Binding Tariff Information ruling (BTI in the EU, ATaR in the UK) binds customs.
