Rule-based postal address normalization: uppercase a free-text US address, expand standard abbreviations and split out the state and ZIP when present (usps-basic-v1). It does not validate or geocode the address, and adds no ZIP that is not in the input. POST /v1/address with {address}. Deterministic. Pay per request in USDC; no account, no API key.
