Large Bitcoin transactions (total output >= minBtc, default 10 BTC): every transaction of the latest 1-2 confirmed blocks (mempool.space block summaries), plus the ~10 newest unconfirmed transactions blockchain.info exposes. Returns txid, output value in BTC (includes change), fee rate sat/vB, RBF signal and block height or 'mempool'. `scanned` states exactly what was read.
