Returns the rows of one metric at one grain and dimension, optionally bounded by period, with what its rows are counted in and the scope notes the site publishes for it. Free for any dataset and grain the public site publishes; priced at its tier otherwise, and catalog lists every tier's price. Keys are the categorical dimensions catalog lists for the dataset, never a named entity; where a dataset also serves entity-level rows, its entity_note names the tables query reads. Capped at 2000 rows.
