Overview
Funding rates radar across Bybit, OKX and Hyperliquid. It tracks every USDT perp listed on at least two of them from $5M combined open interest and, by default, shows the ones with $10M and up; min_oi_usd changes that. Per symbol: the current funding per venue at its 8h equivalent, each venue's 30-day z-score against its own settled history, the cross-venue spread, and a flag on any |z| of 2 or more, most extreme first. Precomputed every 5 minutes, with as_of and stale.
