Adversarial pre-flight verification of any x402 endpoint BEFORE an agent pays it: a real 402-handshake probe (GET, then POST fallback) with tolerant x402 v1/v2 envelope + optional MPP challenge parsing, diffed against the last stored probe for that URL to raise drift / payto_rotated, SSRF-guarded (https only, ports 443/8443, private ranges blocked) and returned as an HMAC-SHA256 signed verdict. Cache: 10-minute per-URL TTL (lowered by a watch); a TTL hit is served from the stored envelope and marked cached:true.
