FHIR R4 structural validation

Overview

Validate a FHIR R4 resource or Bundle and get path-level errors back in milliseconds. Checks resource identity, required elements, cardinality, primitive datatype syntax (date/dateTime/instant/code/uri/decimal), required-binding code membership, Reference syntax AND allowed target types, contained-resource resolution, and named FHIR invariants. Every response lists exactly which checks ran and which did NOT — this is structural validation, not profile conformance: it does not fetch StructureDefinitions, does not validate against US Core or any other ImplementationGuide, and makes no clinical judgement. Deterministic, so the same bytes always produce the same verdict, and every response carries a signed execution receipt naming the exact validator artifact hash that produced it. Send public, synthetic or de-identified resources only: this endpoint is HEALTH_PUBLIC and refuses HEALTH_SECURE requests.
