Ethereum mainnet on-chain read: a contract's event logs, filtered by topic and block range. Ethereum mainnet event logs via eth_getLogs for one contract. Takes address (contract, 0x + 40 hex), optional topic0 (event signature hash, 0x + 64 hex, e.g. the ERC-20 Transfer topic) and optional blocks (last N blocks, 1-100, default 10). Returns the raw log entries the node returns.
