Computes a Sybil resistance score (0-100) by analyzing five signals: follower quality (average WoT score of followers), mutual trust (organic bidirectional relationships), score-rank consistency (PageRank vs follower count alignment), follower diversity (neighborhood spread), and account substance (overall activity).
