TRC20 fee quote - measured on chain (TRON)

Overview

Payable by any standard x402 client on tron:mainnet (settled through a public TRON facilitator) or by presenting a settled txid. Call /v1/trc20-fee-quote?recipient=YOUR_TRON_ADDRESS and it asks the chain, not you, whether that address already holds USDT - because that bit decides the cost: 14,650 energy if it does, 29,650 if the slot is empty, and 29,650 bills 13.03 TRX instead of 6.43 when you have no energy. Returns measured energy, implied base, penalty ratio (3.3881x, identical across 99 transfers in 4 samples) and the TRX you will be billed. If the node cannot answer it says so instead of guessing. Receipt-derived from TronGrid, getEnergyFee = 100 sun, corrected in public twice.
