Overview

FDA adverse event report counts (FAERS via openFDA) for a drug by generic or brand name, optionally filtered by reaction, date range or serious reports only. Useful for drug safety signal checks and pharmacovigilance research. Returns total, serious, non-serious and death report counts and the top reported reactions, with source URL, FDA data date and retrievedAt. Reports do not prove causation. Errors: 400 invalid input.
