PerpCheck full: Hyperliquid perp order check with liquidation, impact and funding

Overview

PerpCheck: a read-only pre-trade order check for trading agents on Hyperliquid perps. Send the coin, side, size or notional, optional limit price, leverage, margin (cross/isolated) and reduceOnly; it checks the order against the exchange's own rules before it is sent and returns OK / CAUTION / REJECT_LIKELY. Full ($0.01, same query): everything in lite plus an isolated-margin liquidation price estimate (price and % away), taker impact from a live L2 book snapshot (bps, average fill), funding carry (per hour, per day, APR) and market facts (mark, oracle, open interest, 24h volume). The liquidation figure is an isolated-margin estimate; cross margin depends on the whole account. Fail-closed: a failed data source is never reported as OK and is listed in sources_failed; bad input (400), unknown coin (404) and missing market metadata (503) are not charged. Data: public Hyperliquid info API only. Hyperliquid main-dex perps only (no HIP-3, no spot). Read-only: never places, signs or holds orders, no custody, no keys.
